Experience

For over 30 years, Dr. John Jarrett has been committed to helping couples and individuals realize their dreams of building their own families.  In 1985, he began the first successful IVF program in Indiana at Women’s Hospital.  He was a pioneer in the field of Reproductive Medicine by performing the first successful IVF, GIFT, and ZIFT procedures in the state of Indiana.  Additionally, he achieved the first successful pregnancy from the use of cryo-preserved embryos in Indiana.  He initiated the first IVF, GIFT, ZIFT, Egg and Embryo Cryo-Preservation Programs, Egg and Embryo Donation Programs, and the ongoing Program for the Preservation of Reproductive Potential.  Dr. Jarrett has performed more ART procedures than any physician in Indiana, and is over the 13,000 mark for babies he has helped couples conceive.

Dr. Jarrett writes extensively and co-authored the book The Fertility Guide.  His hobbies include yoga, golf, sailing, gardening, and spending time with his wife Lisa and their seven children.
